A little while ago now, back in June I was in Cambridge for Jen’s wedding to Mark. The wedding prep and reception took place at Rectory Farm, a beautiful house set in acres of beautiful grounds just on the outskirts of Cambridge city centre. The ceremony took place at the Cambridge Union Society which has only recently started offering civil ceremonies and is one of the more unique places to get married in Cambridge. Jen had her hair done by her regular hairdresser so I was focused on makeup for Jen, her mother in law and bridesmaids. I love the space to get ready in at Rectory Farm the bridal suite is so bright and has beautiful views into the gardens and marquee so you can see all the setting up going on! For Jen’s makeup we went for defined flicks on the eyes and lots of lashes to make her eyes a real statement. I had such a laugh getting Jen ready it was a really enjoyable morning, she looked absolutely stunning in her dress and I was so pleased the weather held out all day and was a really beautifully sunny summers day. The photographers Fran and Stef captured the day beautifully and shared this blog post
