In late September I was in Kent to beautify the already gorgeous Louisa, and her bridesmaids, for her wedding to Sam. Louisa had booked me for her wedding after her friend Liz had recommended me after she booked me to do her wedding hair in 2013. I love doing weddings through recommendations and sometimes even seeing past brides as bridesmaids – I didn’t see Liz on this occasion unfortunately. I must have exchanged over 100 emails with Louisa – I have 82 in one thread in my inbox – we also did two trial runs of her hair and makeup so by the time her wedding came round it felt as if we had been friends for years! In fairness she did book 11months in advance of her wedding so it had been a while! Louisa went for a side up do with some beautiful silk flowers to accessorise it. Her makeup was fresh keeping the definition to the eyes and soft pinks on the cheeks and lips. When Louisa emailed me after the wedding she was already missing it:
“Literally had the best day ever and then the most amazing honeymoon and suddenly its all over! cant believe it! its hard enough getting used to no longer planning a wedding (I miss it!) then its big time holiday blues!! It is so lovely being married though such a nice feeling!”
